API to move data from Website to SQL Server DB.
We need to develop an API that our clients can use to push data from their Websites into our SQL Server Database that we host. Multiple clients will use this API, so it needs flexibility to handle multiple endpoints. We will need the API documented in such a way that when a client needs to use the API, we can present their IT team with a complete set of documentation. This API needs to be secure and use the most up-to-date technology. Our team will do all of the work on the SQL Server side.
