Help prepare for and facilitate individual testing sessions with users. Gather any required documentation around defects to help Subject Matter Experts SMEs) resolve issues. Work with SMEs to ensure all test scenarios are executed and results are documented within each testing cycle: unit testing, system testing, end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing,.
