Job Description
As a member of the Enterprise Virtual Care team, the Sr. Advisor of Enterprise Virtual Care Strategy will have the responsibility of driving strategy and special projects within the CVS Enterprise Virtual Care portfolio. This role will be responsible for managing a comprehensive set of virtual care priorities that will directly impact a key pillar of CVS's Omnichannel offering. Working closely with EVC and Enterprise partners this key advisor would be responsible for representing to executive leadership in the discipline of financial, strategic, and executional alignment to meet our virtual care objectives for growth. The candidate will be expected to be a self-driven, execution-oriented individual comfortable operating “in the grey”. This is a unique role which will involve complex, cross-functional stakeholder management and significant exposure to virtual care leadership. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in corporate strategy or management consulting and/or significant industry experience with a demonstrated ability to clearly communicate and execute innovative, impactful initiatives.
Reporting to a Director, role accountability includes the following responsibilities:
• Play a key role in developing strategy and objectives for Enterprise Virtual Care
• Ownership of key executive deliverable throughout the CVS Strategic delivery cycle
• Support the development of material and strategic enterprise partnerships, both internal and external, in alignment with EVC, Enterprise Strategy, and key BU strategic priorities
• Develop and apply extensive industry, market, and product knowledge to drive revenue production and business growth in the Virtual space
• Manage effective internal working relationships across stakeholders and senior leaders
• Holds self and team accountable
The candidate should have superb communication skills, both written and oral, along with a strong comfort level presenting to senior executives.

Required Qualifications
o 3-5 years of experience to include healthcare organization supporting corporate and/or strategy consulting
o 3-5 years; demonstrated experience driving initiatives across many functions within a large, matrixed organization
o 2-3 years' experience in presenting to senior executives
o Healthcare, Insurance, virtual care, or technology experience
