Job Summary

Responsible for the development, implementation and management of business strategies in collaboration and as a key partner with sales and operations leadership, taking the lead relative to inventory management and pricing dynamics to drive efficiencies in workflow and partnership. Charged with building, leading and supporting a top performing pricing & inventory team, identifying, developing and supporting top talent and bench strength. Responsible for leading the team through transformation of support to influence for portfolio yield management. Oversee and guide creation and awareness around sales growth, gross margin, and inventory costs relative to all the sales lines that **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Advertiser supports. Has a natural curiosity to solve complex problems and continuously enhance processes and workflow design. Develops and maintains strong industry relationships and awareness. Strong positive presence to drive team, client and partner team buy in. Manages professionals at manager, supervisor and professional levels. Ensures appropriate resources to achieve financial and business objectives. Influences, shapes and integrates strategy for functional area(s).

Develops the operational activities, goals and objectives of the department in conjunction with other key executives and disseminates information down through the department.

Implements cross-functional process improvements tied to governance and enterprise policy to maximize use of portfolio of inventory

Objective party to manage through sales channel conflict

Charged with training and building pricing & inventory talent with a cross-screen, data driven mentality.

Develops and oversees special projects and delegates responsibilities accordingly.

Experience managing large teams in complex organizations.

Researches new business opportunities.

Establishes budgets and monitors rate structure.

Ensures Company EEO policies and procedures are followed.

Works on budget planning and budget forecasting teams.

Negotiates large contracts with strategic vendors.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
