On a daily basis, obtain fee checks and invoices from Title and Escrow to record in the accounting system. Record and apply payments received on outstanding invoices in the accounting system. Make sure all payments are being made timely and develop procedures to monitor and collect delinquent receivables.u003cbru003eu003cbru003eu003cbru003ePost daily revenue to the Daily Report making sure the report matches the accounting system.u003cbru003eu003cbru003eu003cbru003eAccounts Payable-Review and post in the accounting system all invoices, bills and expenses for TitleOne. Audit invoices for accuracy, research discrepancies and obtain approvals to prepare accounts payable checks. Mail out vendor checks after checks have been issued.
