Chief Diversity Officer/Title IX Coordinator
The candidate will work closely with the University Diversity Committee and will lead University-wide efforts to develop an implementation plan to advance access, diversity, equity, and inclusion as outlined in the University’s strategic plan, leading with Excellence. In addition, will oversee the Office of Equal Opportunity, which assists the University in achieving a diverse workforce and handles harassment and discrimination investigations. Will provide duties including: manage budgets; recruit, lead, manage, and evaluate staff; work collaboratively on behalf of a diverse University community; work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
