Responsibilities:
Manage tax compliance process and coordinate with service provider(s) to deliver accurate tax reporting and timely filings for all funds, side funds, special purpose vehicles, General Partner entities and management companies
Prepare and maintain all tax workpapers and PBCs
Prepare and distribute quarterly General Partner tax estimates
Maintain QSBS tracking and reporting
Oversee foreign tax tracking and filings including W8/W9 collection and maintenance and coordination with service provider related to applicable filings
Respond to Limited Partner and General Partner tax inquiries and questionnaires
Maintain applicable W8/W9s for all entities
Other ad?hoc analysis and special project requests
Requirements:
B.S. Degree in Accounting and/or Tax
7?10 years’ accounting experience
Prior tax venture experience preferred or must have partnership tax accounting experience
Highly?organized individual with great attention to detail
Fast learner
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to meet deadlines and contribute constructively in a team?oriented environment
Positive attitude required
CPA or Master’s Degree in tax preferred
