Platform Administrator (Litify)
The candidate will engage with the clients by attending regular calls and interactions with key decision makers and partners to drive the project forward. Understand the firm’s business requirements and processes and map them to the litify technology. Deliver communications regarding project updates as well as leading requirements and design sessions with the client. Should have 3-5 years of experience with the Salesforce platform either as an IT leader, Admin or a Consultant. Should have 5+ years experience delivering consulting services. Should have 3+ years of project management and implementation experience. Experience with Click Development in the Salesforce platform including but not limited to custom fields, page layouts, process builder workflows is required. Experience with installing and Click Configuration of certain Appexchange Applications is required. Experience as a technical and/or functional architect in an organization focused on CRM is a plus. Salesforce certifications such as ADM-201 or DEV-401 is required. Understanding of setting up users, profiles and roles, and configuring reports and dashboards in the Salesforce platform is required. Understanding of data migration from CSV, SQL or other systems to the salesforce platform, using tools such as the Apex Data Loader is required.
