Intensive Family Preservation Supervisor

CCA is looking for a program supervisor for our Intensive Family Preservation (IFP) program. Intensive Family Preservation's mission is to prevent children from further involvement in the Child Welfare system. This occurs by meeting with families on a consistent basis to assess need, develop service plan goals and prevent placement of children in alternative care or to aid with the reunification process.

IFP also works with parents who may have cognitive limitations using the Step-by-Step

parenting curriculum in order to help create stability and promote growth.

IFP manager will supervise up to 6 staff and manage contractual expectations. This includes implementing contractual expectations, receiving and assigning referrals, supervision of clinical case managers, ensuring compliance with Medicaid and COA accreditation standards. Master level and 5 years' experience with Child Welfare and Children's behavioral health preferred.
