Summary

This position provides production with timely and accurate schedules job packets specs and other reports necessary to production. This position assists in identifying spec scheduling problems and inconsistencies.

Duties/Responsibilities

Supports all other clerical tasks including department transfers and miss-punches in the electronic Maintenance Management System (MMS ) for time and attendance. Review and reconcile mechanics daily job packets. Enter, retrieve and maintain data in the MMS from mechanics regarding project costs like overtime, man hours and material costs. Answer questions and help resolve issues related to maintenance transactions. Process, analyze and distribute various daily and weekly reports. Work with the Planners to make any necessary adjustments, print and distribute the daily schedules. Assist Supervisors and act as liaison as needed. File and organize paperwork and assist co-workers as needed. Must have the ability to work independently with accuracy while meeting deadlines and maintaining a positive attitude. Must be able to work well with others. Must possess knowledge and experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to sit; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; talk and hear; stand walk and reach with hands and arms.

Requirements:

Resume is required and must contain contact information, related work experience/history, skills and educational information. High School Diploma, GED or 1 year of On-The-Job-training in a similar position. Preference given to those with secondary education in a related field.
