Legal Secretary - Real Estate
The candidate will work on heavy typing, proofreading, editing and formatting real estate documents. including contracts, amendments, leases, letter of intent, term sheets and closing instructions. Prepare closing binders for completed real estate transactions to include follow up on receipt of post-closing items. Must have 3-5 years of secretarial experience in a real estate environment and assisting with all aspects of real estate closings. Experience in land use/real estate development a plus.Experience working with high net-worth, demanding clients in a fast paced environment are required. Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, communication and client service skills are required. Exceptional technical skills including knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, MacPac, Excel iManage, as well as proficiency with DoubleTime software are required. Must be detailed oriented and have excellent proofreading skills are required. High School Diploma (or equivalent) are required. Knowledge of legal and real estate terminology required.Must be able to prioritize multiple projects under short time constraints are required.
