Humana's Cyber Security Training and Awareness team is seeking a Senior Cyber Training & Awareness Engineer with strong data analysis skills, experience in training and instructional design, and a comprehensive understanding of information security concepts. Responsibilities

Job Overview

Project management of simulated phishing campaigns and associated assigned training for acquisitions

Develop and maintain master presentation decks for acquisition training program

Support information protection policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures to ensure ongoing maintenance of security

Assist with ongoing improvement of reporting dashboards and leadership socialization

Review and assess phishing metrics and analytics to identify trends, further educational needs, and overall improvements/enhancements

Review and maintain awareness of legitimate threat activity reported to team and adjust education materials accordingly

Identify key areas of risk and develop targeted training to influence user behavior

Partner closely with areas of Enterprise Information Protection to coordinate and utilize up-to-date training materials tailored to the needs of the business

Maintain training course library and materials

Manage program roadmap/strategy documentation

Qualifications

Comprehensive understanding of information security concepts

Strong data analysis and data visualization skills.

Experience in training and/or instructional design a plus.

Organizational, planning, and administrative abilities and the ability to coordinate multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Outstanding communication, presentation, and written skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience Building data models, creating and maintaining dashboards

Experience with Axonius, Power BI, SQL Server Management Studio, Virtual Studio, and BigQuery

Additional Information

Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters. Work-At-Home Requirements

WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
