Bindery Specialist Shelf Label Strip Program-Overnight

Profile

As a Bindery Specialist, you’ll work in a high quality team environment and participate in the finishing and kitting of printed marketing, promotional and training materials. You will be trained to operate shrink wrapping, paper drilling, padding and other small finishing equipment as well as lead kitting and assembly projects with peers and contractors. You will also assist large equipment operators in producing quality finished products. The materials you will help produce are used in throughout the enterprise including in stores, in the recruiting of new talent to Target as well as being shipped directly to our guests.

About you:

High school diploma.

Able to perform with minimal supervision.

Able to read, understand and follow job instructions

Able to lift 50 lbs.

Must be able to work 12 hour shifts and stand for long periods of time.
