Billing Analyst - ESI
Duties: Works with the client intake team and billing team to ensure policies/procedures are being followed as related to International billing. Uploads all International Client Bills via the Network Portal Maintains detailed weekly reports on all International billing. Is responsible for all aspects of International billing to ensure timely, accurate invoicing. Responds to attorney and Financial Partner inquiries regarding ESI. Documents client, attorney and Accounting staff communications in ARCS3 or successive collection software application. Coordinates with Accounts Receivable staff to facilitate proper posting of payments. Facilitates the collection of outstanding ESI invoices. Maintains a high level of discretion, confidentiality and sound judgment in accounting transactions and interactions with others. Seeks write-off approvals as necessary in accordance with firm policy. Identifies and suggests improvements to existing processes. Implements the approved changes. Performs other duties, as assigned.
